3.07 The 1995 Act provides two conditions for the creation of a Farm Business Tenancy. A tenancy will be a farm business tenancy if it satisfies,
(a)the ‘business condition’, and
(b)either the agriculture condition or the notice conditions laid down in the 1995 Act.17
