9.08 On termination of the tenancy the landlord may have a claim for compensation for disrepair and dilapidations.
The 1986 Act itself provides for these heads of claim on termination. Additionally, the landlord could pursue an action for breach of repairing covenant during the currency of the tenancy, prior to termination.10 The claims available on termination are the following.
