6 Arbitration on notices to remedy
7.57 Arbitration is also available, where Case D (remediable breach of tenancy) is invoked, at the earlier stage following service of a Notice to Remedy the breach complained of. Detailed provisions as to demands for arbitration and postponement of notices to quit are contained in Arts 3, 14 and 15 of the Arbitration Order. These are discussed below in relation to Case D proceedings, as they have no relevance to proceedings under the other Cases for Possession.
