Methodology
The methodology I have adopted in this chapter is mainly a case law method, consulting primary and secondary sources such as statuary acts, court decisions, parliamentary discussion, reports and other studies; I will apply a legal research methodology given the fact that the study is doctrinal. The principal tools applied are historical and descriptive methods to trace the details of the CC evaluation in Morocco and Jordan; the historical perspectives of the monarchy, democracy and the judicial system in Jordan and Morocco; and the statutory and constitutional schemes relating to those issues.
