Willem Mingelen is an LLM student at the Legal Research Master of Utrecht University. His thesis concerns judicial review of actions by the European Central Bank. More generally, his research interests include both European and comparative constitutional law, normative legal- political theory, empirical legal studies, and law & political economy.
Jerfi Uzman is Professor of Constitutional Law at Utrecht University. His fields of expertise concern constitutional law and fundamental rights in a national, international and comparative perspective. He currently focuses on constitutional remedies, the emergence of a body of constitutional procedure in the Netherlands, and the impact of populism on constitutional doctrine.
