Culture and Free Speech
The New Physiocrats believe in the same standards for freedom in the space of communications as we do for physical space, in that it should be accessible for all. The New Physiocrats are resolutely in favor of free speech and communication of ideas without any restrictions whatsoever, believing this to be one of the core principles of the most successful societies.
Free speech protections would be extended to all public spaces, including universities, where in recent years these protections have particularly eroded. The same principles must be applied to the internet and to media, where the New Physiocrats endorse a South Korean model of net neutrality. Local and regional content requirements might be beneficial as a means of promoting more diverse media while preserving culture. As would a variety of publicly funded media channels representing each region in addition to channels to specifically deliver separate urban and rural content. Anti-trust laws in media must be enforced with importance in mind.
