Preferential Trade Agreements
Preferential Trade Agreements would differ from free trade agreements, in that they would not aim for a zero tariff rate (except in the case of federations, customs unions, areas of free labor movement, or similar bodies). Instead, there would be greatly preferential tariff rates for countries under equivalent Physiocratic regimes, and moderately preferential rates for trade with countries handling trade in a fair manner.
