9.4.6 SUMMING UP
When drafting your point headings, (1) base the headings on actions you want the court to take or assertions you want the court to accept, (2) make sure that the point headings reflect logical relationships between and among the issues in your case, and (3) make your point headings concrete assertions that incorporate the facts and law at issue in your case.
