Introduction
In this chapter we will focus on (1) the civil rules of evidence and (2) how to make interim applications. At the end of this chapter, we will work through a case study that will provide an example of three types of interim applications, namely setting aside a default judgment, applying for summary judgment and applying for an interim payment.
