Creation of Usufruct
In most cases, a usufruct would be created in a will, with the usufruct being given to one person and ownership to another.[1541] If it was desired to grant a usufruct during the lifetime of the granter, this could be done in the same way as praedial servitudes, by pact and stipulation.[1542]
