Pernille Boye Koch is Research Director at the Danish Institute for Human Rights in Copenhagen. She holds a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from the University of Copenhagen, and has been working as Associate Professor in Public Law at the University of Southern Denmark and at Roskilde University. Her fields of expertise include ministerial accountability, parliamentary control of the executive, access to information in public administration and democratic control of intelligence services. Currently, she is the leader of an externally funded inter-disciplinary research project on civil servant norms of the Danish state bureaucracy.
