The research has been able to generate useful im­plications for the b ankers. B anks c an improve their efficiency by structured and scientific approach towards cross selling through implementation of CRM tools.

Desired results can be obtained by training staff on various products and close tracking on sales process. It will provide employee an opportunity to upgrade themselves in other products, hence increase their efficiency an also give higher employee morale.

Cross selling by using CRM tools will help in creating an environment wherein Customer would be getting his entire requirement fulfilled under one roof hence having strong bonding. In the process bank earning would be increased with same resources hence increase in profitability.

It also helps bank in understanding customer better helping bankers taking credit decision faster.
