Recently, the International Network on Cancer, Infertility and Pregnancy was launched by a group of the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology. The primary objective is to establish an international registry on cancer during pregnancy and fer­tility preservation during cancer treatment. The group has already improved our understanding of the most important aspects of management.
