This book was a continuation of the team effort that produced the first two editions, and we would like to acknowledge the contributions of new and returning people who helped make it possible.
Dr. Bassert's students Amanda Arduino, Krista Gabarro, Amanda Hadley, Melena Petit, Bernadette Rogers, and Samantha McWilliams offered invaluable suggestions and assembled several of the chapter outlines for the Evolve site.
