The parts of the female reproduc­tive system are:

Ovarv

Uterine lube or oviduct

Uterus - uterine horns and body

Cervix

Vagina

Vestibule

Vulva.

The reproductive tract of the bitch and queen are sim­ilar and vary only in size (Fig. 11.6). The tract is designed to carry several fetuses during a single preg­nancy and is said to be bicornuate (tw,o horns). The bitch and the queen bear litters of young: they are multiparous.
