Analysis of CMS

Our review of the extant literature reveals three broad frameworks of CMS that can be utilized, adapted, or adopted by organizations. As Nicotera and Dorsey (2006) pointed out, communicative behaviors determine how a conflict process will unfold; each orientation brings a different perspective to a given conflict situation.
