RESEARCH MODEL

From the literature review, the crucial factors for the adoption of internet banking services have been identified as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, relative advantage, trialability, and conspicuousness. The following hypotheses have been formulated and tested. Figure 1 illustrates the proposed research model.
