Marian Yankson-Mensah is a lawyer registered with the Ghana Bar Association, currently serving as a Project Officer at the International Nuremberg Principles Academy and a member of the Advisory Board of the African-German Research Network for Transnational Criminal Justice, where she also co-chairs the Network’s Transitional Justice Working Group. She has also held a number of consultancy positions, including working as a Legal Consultant with Shaw- bell Consulting Limited, and more recently as an External Research Consultant for the Interna­tional Development Law Organisation. Her recent publications include: Transitional Justice in Ghana: An Appraisal of the National Reconciliation Commission (T.M.C. Asser Press, 2020). Her research focuses on the relationship between the outcomes of transitional justice processes and pre-existing legal factors like constitutional history and existing laws in different legal tradi­tions, as well as on transnational economic crimes including the emerging trends and practices in anti-corruption and anti-money laundering measures.

Marialejandra Moreno Mantilla is a Colombian qualified lawyer, currently working as a Project Officer at the International Nuremberg Principles Academy. She previously worked for Case Matrix Network, Centre for International Law Research and Policy (CILRAP-CMN), where she was responsible for developing and implementing international criminal and human rights law capacity-building programs in Colombia and monitoring other project activities in Latin America. She has also worked at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Court. Marialejandra has recently contributed to the publication March to Justice: Global Military Law Landmarks (BlueOne Ink), edited by Major (Res) Navdeep Singh and Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Frank Rosenblatt, with a chapter on the Colombian Constitutional Court’s role in the establishment of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace. Her research interests focus on promoting the universality of international criminal law and the intertwining between international, regional, and domestic law.
