SPINAL CORD DISORDERS
Spinal cord disorders in children may be divided into infective, developmental, traumatic, neoplastic and degenerative disorders. Poliomyelitis is the commonest spinal cord disorder in Indian children involving anterior horn cells, discussed in Chapter 10.21. Other common disorders are as follows:
