4 Relationship with Part 6 Development Rights

12.116 The restrictions on the use of the rights more than once in a 10 year period that apply to Classes Q and S (above) do not apply to Class R development rights. Where permitted development rights are exercised under Class Q or S, a restriction on the use of Part 6 development rights to erect or extend agricultural buildings will subsequently apply for 10 years.155
