Treatment of HIV Pulmonary Hyper­tension

The treatment of HIV-associated pulmonary hypertension is complex and controversial. To date, no controlled clinical trial has eval­uated the agent of choice for the treatment of this disease. The principal drugs current­ly used in the treatment of HIV-associated pulmonary hypertension with related clini­cal evidence are reported in Table 3.
